House of Emvy does not accept returns but we are able to exchange merchandise purchases within 14 days of delivery. In order to be a valid exchange, the product must be sent back in its original package. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. Any item deemed unsuitable for resale due to different packaging or damage will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.

Any order that is considered to be customized has no refund or exchange policy.
